Shipping policy

As of June 1st 2022 some orders are fulfilled and shipped by third-party drop shipping companies. Depending on the item they will be fabricated upon purchase and shipped by Printful.com. All order tracking numbers will be issued by them upon shipping out. Orders may be split into multiple packages and arrive at different time frames. Please check all emails for order tracking numbers. If you do no receive a tracking number after 10 days please contact us at coconutgirlhishop@gmail.com and we will check with the manufacturers for status on your order. Delays may occur to weather, delayed flights and other unforseen circumstances. If you have not received your order or received partial order and all order tracking says delivered please contact us so we also may review this problem. As stated above, orders may be shipped in multiple packages in which the manufacturer may fail to update with ALL tracking numbers. Please give up to 10 days for any emails regarding shipping delays to be answered.

 

All orders of bags and mugs are ready to ship items and will be shipped in 3 business days. You will be notified with a tracking number for USPS tracking. You may request updates from USPS.com using their tracking feature. If you have not received tracking numbers within 10 days of your order please contact us at coconutgirlhishop@gmail.com.
